E40 live in Calabasas. My fortune cookie a few nights ago told me that it would be in my best interest to be frugal. That would explain why I spent money for this thing and it ended 30 minutes after I got there.

Last night, I saw Woody Allen’s new film, Vicky Christina Barcelona. The film is perfectly cast and Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz are amazing. Overall, it fell a little flat for me but it’s still worth seeing.

Tom Cruise was funny in Tropic Thunder. But it’s really all about Robert Downey Jr.
Crumbs Bake Shop in Beverly Hills. Pistachio cupcake is the best.

Lightning
Is anyone else enjoying this lightning storm in Los Angeles?
Brooke landed in LA today. We went to the Hollywood Katsuya for dinner. Best sushi I’ve ever had. Great atmosphere and lots of paparazzi to disappoint when you walk out of the restaurant as well.

Michael Phelps Daily Calorie Intake = 12,000
Breakfast: three fried-egg sandwiches loaded with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and mayonnaise, two cups of coffee, a five-egg omelet, a bowl of grits, three slices of French toast topped with powdered sugar and three chocolate-chip pancakes.
Lunch: one pound of enriched pasta and two large ham and cheese sandwiches slathered with mayo on white bread, then 1,000 calories worth of energy drinks.
Dinner: one pound of pasta and an entire pizza, washed down with another 1,000 calories worth of energy drinks.
