Patton Oswalt doing drama? This I gotta see! I also still have to see The Wrestler… first things first

I saw this at the premiere at Sundance.  Don’t let the trailer fool you, it’s definitely more of a comedy.  It is not even close to as good as The Wrestler—not even in the same league.  In fact, it was actually pretty dissapointing.  Sorry, everyone.

I’d say where the film fails is in its low joke density.  More than half the time it’s like someone took Celtic Pride and turned it into an NBC drama.  The dramatic parts are well acted, but it just moves slowly.

I liked the ending though and had a good laugh there, so watch out for that.
