A Short Film About Killing
Tonight, or rather this morning, I started watching Krzysztof Kieslowski’s A Short Film About Killing. Well, it definitely involves killing but it’s not exactly short. I stopped watching around now (4:40 am), at an extremely disturbing part of the film. The film has a look and feel that I haven’t seen in any other director’s works. It almost looks like cross-processed film (a technique used to achieve a distinct and orignal look in still photography). It’s beautiful. I’ll finish it tomorrow. Goodnight.
